REQUIREMENTS

  • Compleatly fill out the below form.
  • Request must be by Decmber 1st prior year. 
  • Requester will be notified by Febuary 1st.
  • Request are not gureented approval.
  • Design assistance is a $50.00 onetime fee.
  • One revision per design.
  • Can be shipped or picked up at store locations.

  • We only donate t-shirts.
  • White t-shirts only.
  • Max quanity donation is 12.
  • Provided design must be print ready.
  • Design can only be one color
  • One print location only.
  • Donations left sleeve will display our logo.

  • You’ll receive an e-mail notification of request.
  • You must provid design 45 days prior to delivery.
  • Sizes must be provided 30 days prior to delivery.
  • 501 tax status must provide copy of certificate.
  • Shipping cost is applicants responsibility.
