Will I see an Art Proof

Yes. Every order, whether you order online or email us the order will be checked by our art department. We will email you an Art Approval before your order proceeds to production.

How is pricing determined?

Your final price is a calculation of 'BLANK PRODUCT PRICE + DECORATING CHARGES'. All decorating methods have volume price breaks as follows: 12, 25, 36, 50, 62, 75, 87, 100, 200, 300, 500, and more. To see various price breaks for a particular item, select the item and enter a total quantity in any size field to see prices adjust. If you are in the designer, adjusting your size quantities will display discounted prices based on the decoration type and number of design colors or embroidery size.

Do your garments differ in quality?

Yes they do. We try to offer a selection of garments that are suitable for all budgets. If you'd like some advice on choosing a garment to suit your budget just give us a call.

Will you fix my artwork if you see problems?

Absolutely! If we see issues with sizing, color breaks or resolution we will make corrections and inform you (free of charge in most cases). If your artwork needs more work than basic fixes we will inform and if you would like us to fix those issues, we will charge a fee of $25 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. We will provide an estimated amount of time it will take to complete the fixes. Every order must go through art approval before we proceed to production. We can not proceed with your order if the artwork is of poor quality.

What if the product I have ordered is out of stock?

We do our best to keep stock levels updated but sometimes this does happen. If this is the case we will contact you immediately. You can choose another color or product and you may have to pay the diffrance if it's more expensive than your original choice. If it's less we will refund you the difference.

What if I need a style or colour that isn’t on your website?

Just give us a call on 888-416-6027 or 630-273-2050. You can also send us an email with the details of what you need and we'll do our best to source it for you, no problem at all.

How do I work out my size?

An easy way is to simply grab one of your own t-shirts that fits well and lay it flat on the table. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit (half chest) and match to the garment accordingly. Every garment has a size chart and other information in the Product Info link.

*Please note that the size charts are a guide only and there is an accepted industry tolerance around 2cm in length and width.

Can I add a design to the sleeve?

Yes, you can on most garments. We want your custom tee to look as awesome as possible so we'll choose the best option for the sleeve design depending on the design/artwork and quantity. Your design will be either a digital transfer or vinyl cut print decal and because its a different method, the colour will vary slightly to the prints on the body. If you're worried about it we suggest a black or white sleeve design.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes we do

Do you do bulk printing?

Absolutely we offer screen printing, embroidery and spot sublimation. As well as digital cut print for small runs and one-off's we also offer yard signs. The differences between digital cut print and screen printing is explained below. You can also  check out our Bulk Orders info and pricing page and we'll get back to you with a price.

Colour Matching

Digital Cut Print can produce millions colors. All artwork is converted to RGB and although the colours are bright and vibrant, it is not possible to get an exact match to a Pantone colour.

Screen Printing allows precise colour matching and also produces a much more vibrant colour on dark garments due to the thicker ink and application.

Feel and Longevity

A Digital Cut Print feels smooth and soft, the vinyl used is very light-weight it doesn’t weigh down the shirt either. Designs that are ideal for print and cut vinyl have tons of color and plenty of detail. A Digital Cut Print just as durable as a screen print.

A screen print sits on top of the fabric and is therefore raised. It is a much more durable print that you get with Digital Cut print and also has better washability.
